Minimum 06 years service for EWL and 03 years of service for MCL.
Maximum age limit for EWL is 55 years and MCL is 56 years.
Minimum 12 years service to avail both EWL & MCL simultaneously.
No disciplinary enquiry/proceedings pending or in process.
Employee can avail EWL 03 times during service with a gap of ten (10) years and for MCL with a gap of five (05) years.
Undertaking Employees Welfare Loan
In terms of agreement reached between the Management and the CBA, i hereby undertake that I will pay Rs. 1000/ (Rupees One Thousand only) before disbursement of loan to the company to be kept in a separate account titled "SNGPL Subordinate Employees Welfare Fund Suspense Account" to meet any future contingency as per settlement between the Management and the CBA.
I also authorize the Management to deduct any outstanding balance of my Welfare Loan from my Provident Fund Balance or any other terminal benefits to which I may be entitled to in case of termination of my services by the company for any reason(s) whatsoever. I also undertake that no disciplinary action or any balance amount of subject loan is pending against me. Presently, I am not availing subject loan.
I undertake that after approval / disbursement of loan amount, I will utilize the same for purchasing of Scooter / Motorcycle only and liable to submit relevant documents of scooter / motorcycle purchased out of loan amount as admissible under rules of company. I promise to abide by the rules and regulations made by the company from time to time in respect of granting and repayment of Scooter / Motorcycle Loan and hereby authorize the Management to deduct any outstanding balance of the Scooter/Motorcycle loan from my or any other terminal benefits to which I may be entitled to in case of my services are terminated by the company. I also undertake that no disciplinary action or any balance amount of subject loan is pending against me.
